Canon 7d vs Canon 5D MK II vs Canon T2i

We are going to do a comparison test between the Canon 5D MK II and the Canon 7D. In order to better help you out if there is anything specifically you have questions, concerns or want to see tested please leave a comment below and we will do our best to accomodate everyone we can.
Editors Note:
There has been a lot of interest in the Canon T2i and how this camera will perform versus the Canon 7D. Because of the amount of work this will probably take we are going to wait until we get the Canon T2i then show a comparison between all three cameras. Leave anything below you want to see in the comments and we will still do our best to accomodate.

I'd like to see a good comparison of the low light capabilities between the two cameras and also the difference in depth of field. I've heard that the 7D has a more "practical" depth of field allowing you to keep more in focus at f2.8 etc.

Any info on color saturation differences would be great, and would help confirm or deny my suspicions.

Use that full frame sensor to the max!!
I'm betting that both are incredible and it depends on personal style.

Are you in the Bay Area? It would be great to do the ASC Standard camera test.

Agree with anonymous, Low light capabilities, "practical" depth of field, color grading and the comparison of how far you can push each to the other, that's a bunch of work, I know.
Maybe set each cam to the same image profile (is there a way to measure that, and even if they are the same) and compare color, saturation, hue, just overall how the footage matches or doesn't match.
Thanks for doing this guys, this is awesome.

I'd like to see how long each records in a room-temperature room before the 7D gives you the overheating light and poops out.

I HAVE THE 5D MARK II AND JUST BOUGHT 2 YES 2 T2Is. BOTH CAMERAS ARE FANTASTIC, BUT. THE PHOTO QUALITY DURING DAYLIGHT IS ALMOST EQUAL IN BOTH CAMERAS. THE 5D MARK II TENDS TO BE SOFT. THE T2I IS CRISP. IN LOW LIGHT THE MARK II DOES BETTER AT HIGH ISO. VIDEO IS THE SAME IN BOTH CAMERAS IN BRIGHT LIGHT BUT BETTER IN THE 5D MARK II IN LOW LIGHT. THE NICE PART ABOUT THE T2I IS IT IS VERY LIGHT AND EASY TO CARRY VS THE 5D II WHICH IS HEAVY. I THINK THE T2I IS A MUCH BETTER VALUE THAN THE 5D II. THE STILL PHOTO QUALITY IS ALMOST THE SAME. THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE T2I IS MUCH EASIER, BUTTON LAYOUT IS EASY, 5D II IS PRETY COMPLICATED. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ENABLING MIRROR LOCK UP. ENJOY!

Hey, it's been over 5 mouths since this was posted and you still have not done a comparison that I can find...so when is that going to happen?
