Causes bad circuation/hand shake.Thats why I rarely to never shoot handheld. I always lock down on a tripod or glidetrack etc.

Hahaha don't feel bad. It was a valid question. Haha I wil ease up on the H.E.R. it's not really an issue unless it's cold or I'm really really stressed out. It's not really that bad. I could have WAY more severe problems in life. no worries bro.
